Refund Guarantee Policy

  1. Scope
    This Refund Guarantee Policy (“Policy”) applies to all consulting engagements (“Services”) provided by Apex Advisory Group under a signed Client Agreement (“Contract”). It guarantees a full refund of fees if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables as specified in the Contract.

  2. Guarantee
    We commit to delivering the Services, milestones, and final deliverables listed in your Contract on time and to the standards outlined therein. If, at the agreed-upon delivery date, any contractual deliverable has not been completed in accordance with the Contract’s specifications, you are entitled to request a full refund of all consulting fees paid to date.

  3. Eligibility
    To qualify for a refund under this Policy:

    1. You must have paid all invoiced fees related to the deliverable(s) in question.

    2. You must notify us in writing within 10 business days following the missed delivery date, citing which deliverables were not fulfilled and providing any supporting documentation or correspondence.

    3. You must have cooperated in good faith with our team, including providing information, feedback, and approvals essential to the delivery process.

  4. Claim Process

    1. Submit your refund request via email to Nprintz@apexadvisorygroup.ca with “Refund Request” in the subject line.

      1. Include:
        • Contract reference number and date
        • Description of undelivered items
        • Relevant correspondence or proof of missed deadlines

      2. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and investigate your claim.

      3. Within 10 business days of claim acknowledgment, we will either:
        • Approve your refund in full, or
        • Provide a written explanation if we believe the deliverables were met as per Contract.

  5. Refund Payment
    Once approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days, returning all fees paid. You will receive confirmation when the refund is initiated.

  6. Exclusions & Limitations
    • This Policy covers consulting fees only; it does not apply to reimbursable third-party expenses (e.g., travel, software licenses) already incurred.
    • Requests made after the 10-business-day post-delivery window are not eligible for a refund under this Policy.
    • Deliverables deemed substantially complete or delivered with minor revisions requested do not qualify for a full refund; instead, we will work to complete or correct the deliverable.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    Our total liability under this Policy is limited to a refund of fees paid for the undelivered Services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
